All enrolled students have access to University libraries, including the Library of the Department of History and Philosophy of Science and the School of Philosophy Library. The catalog of all NKUA libraries is available at www-en.lib.uoa.gr.

The Blegen Library in central Athens is another valuable place to study and conduct research.

Additional academic activities

Athens has a vibrant philosophical community. Conferences, lecture series, informal reading groups, and other events are organized by university departments, scholarly societies, institutes, and independent groups. The Athens MA in Ancient Philosophy organizes The Athens Colloquium in Ancient Philosophy, a forum for research and discussion on all topics and aspects of Ancient Philosophy, including its modern reception.
